Registration Information

If you are only planning to take CE classes on the 9th, you do not have to register for the entire conference. We hope you do choose join us for an excellent program in Columbia!

Full registration includes:

  • Monday evening's Welcome Reception at the Vault in the Tiger Hotel
  • Programming for all sessions on the conference schedule
  • Breakfast and lunch on the 10th and 11th
  • Pre Dine-Around cocktail party on the 10th
One day registration includes:
  • Programming for all scheduled sessions on the registered day
  • Breakfast and lunch provided on the registered day
Extra tickets for the Welcome Reception can be purchased for $50.00.

Dine-arounds at local restaurants will be at the participants' expense.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Caryn Scoville, MCMLA2017 Treasurer. Cancellations requested by September 1 are subject to a $20.00 fee for cancelled registration and a $50.00 fee for each cancelled CE course. After September 1, MCLMA will give refunds only for documented medical or family emergencies. Refunds will be issued after October 30. MCMLA will honor written requests to transfer meeting registration or CE registration to another person.
