Bylaws Committee

The Bylaws Committee makes changes in the Bylaws as recommended by the membership or the Executive Committee, or as required by changes in MLA Bylaws or MLA Chapter Model Bylaws. The committee also reviews the Bylaws at least once each year, making notations of any possible updates.
