The following exhibitors and vendors will be attending the 2019 annual meeting in Omaha, Nebraska, for the Midcontinental Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MCMLA).

 EBSCO Health IsabelLibLynx
McGraw-Hill Matthews Medical Books Medical Library Association
New England Journal of Medicine Group Rittenhouse Sage
 Thieme Third Iron Wolters Kluwer

The exhibits will open on Sunday, October 13, 2019, during the opening reception and continue until Tuesday, October 15.

All conference activities will take place at the Magnolia Hotel.

Why is it important to be present at an MCMLA meeting?

  • You will have multiple opportunities to share information about your new and enhanced products.
  • It will be an excellent chance to meet health sciences librarians that may not regularly attend other large librarian conferences.
  • We will frequently sing your praises on the Conference web site and during the meeting!

MCMLA hopes you will support our meeting. We are certain you will find numerous opportunities to contribute to its success. The sponsorships are awarded on a first‐come, payment‐received basis. Sponsorship benefits include:

  • Recognition in the MCMLA ’19 (online program)
  • Acknowledgement at an exhibits lunch, where you will have a designated table and a few minutes to chat about your company with all attendees
  • Event sponsorship recognition
You may also wish to submit a prize for a drawing for all conference attendees. If so, please let us know what you would like to offer. We appreciate whatever you might be able to give.

If you have any questions or are interested in sponsorship opportunities, contact Shawn Ammon at shawnammon@creighton.edu or by phone, 402-280-5145.
