The MCMLA 2015 Virtual Meeting planning committee is seeking volunteers from the MCMLA membership to serve on committees for the meeting. Being a virtual meeting, committee tasks will be altered and some committees that existed for the face-to-face meetings will not be necessary.

Established committees include Program and CE, which will be the responsibilities of the Research and Education Committees, respectively.

The two committees that seek members are Registration/Website and Technology. The Registration/Website committee will be responsible for coordinating online registrations, which includes the registration process, handling of fees, and communication of meeting codes and URLs. Additionally, this committee will coordinate with the other committees for content to be included on the website. The Technology committee will be in charge of selecting an online platform for the meeting, running tests, coordinating troubleshooting, and facilitating the meeting in the online environment from a technological standpoint.

Please consider volunteering for one of these two committees and be a part of the next era of annual meetings!
