MCMLA’s Star Trek
Cyberspace: the final frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship MCMLA. It’s ongoing mission: To explore strange new health topics; to seek out new resources and new services; to boldly go where no librarian has gone before.
This September marks 50 years that something similar has been heard over the airwaves. Ten years ago, MCMLA trekked in its own Stars Program to recognize members who have boldly gone where no librarian has gone before in the past year, through publications, presentations, teaching, service in offices and committees, or other ways to help our patrons’ patients live long and our organizations prosper.
