The Holiday Inn is largest of the three hotels at
Cody's only downtown resort. This is a full service
Cody hotel with 188 deluxe sleeping rooms, a plush suite,
meeting & banquet space, a restaurant and lounge. The Holiday Inn is open year round and is conveniently
located downtown Cody. Yellowstone National Park is 52
miles (East Gate) and 78 miles (Northeast Gate) to the
west, a beautiful drive through the Shoshone National Forest.
Registration:
Please make reservations prior to September 17, 2008; the Holiday Inn Cody will not guarantee room availability after that date. You may begin to make reservations immediately.
To receive the pre-arranged group rate ($79 1-4 persons per room), please use the block code (MLA) assigned to your group when making reservations. One night's lodging guarantee, in the form of a major credit card or cash payment, is required prior to issuance of a confirmation number.
You will NOT be able to receive the pre-arranged group rate online, or through the Holiday Inn National toll-free numbers, so please call the Holiday Inn in Cody to make your reservations.
The block of rooms reserved for the group will remain in the computer system until September 17, 2008 (or until such time as the full block of rooms has been sold to conference attendees, whichever comes first).
Check-in is at 3 PM; Check-Out is required prior to 12:00 Noon. Check-out may be extended to 1pm. based on availability. Check-out after that time will be subject to one night's additional lodging.
